Description: On February 15, 2017, Mr. Levi Challenger was texted by Probation Officer Bassolino for a home visit. When Mr. Challenger came to the gated door, Probation Officer Bassolino told Mr. Challenger he was under arrest and asked Mr. Challenger to open to the door. After Mr. Challenger complied, Officers Uhler, Isolano, and Caldwell entered and ordered Mr. Challenger to face the wall and place his arms behind his back. Mr. Challenger was handcuff then hit in the back of his head, pushed to the ground, and repeatedly punched in the face. Detectives Velez and Lynaugh were present, but did not intervene.
