Description: On May 15, 2012, Plaintiff was walking through a hallway of her high school with the school's dean. The dean observed a disturbance involving another student and the Defendant police officers, and she told Plaintiff to wait in the area while she became involved in the other incident. While Plaintiff waited, Defendant P.O. O'Neil moved towards Plaintiff and began speaking with her. Despite Plaintiff's explanations that she was waiting for the dean, O'Neil continued to engage with her, before pushing her and striking her. O'Neil and Defendant P.O.
