Description: On October 13, 2015, Plaintiff Allen Scott Gardner was taken to a police precinct in the Bronx in connection to a domestic dispute. At the precinct, Plaintiff was brought to an interrogation room where Defendant POs Dominic Robinson, Robert Cintron, William Cadena, Michael Gersh, and Melvin Moutrie were located.
