Description: The plaintiffs were on the sidewalk, as part of participation in a cop watch patrol, were observing and video recording a traffic checkpoint set up by the defendant officers. The plaintiffs were told by the officers to leave, but refused. The officers handcuffed them and took them to the 32nd Precinct and charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree. The charges were adjourned in contemplation of dismissal.
