Complaint
Description: On March 9, 2015, plaintiff was unlawfully arrested and subjected to excessive force by NYPD P.O.'s Anthony Grosso, Rossa, Martin, and others while entering his apartment building. Plaintiff was grabbed by the neck, slammed against a wall, peppered sprayed, and carried to a police vehicle. Plaintiff was transported to the 49th Precinct. Charges were filed against plaintiff based on false allegations made by the officers. Additionally, P.O. Grosso manufactured false evidence which he conveyed to the District Attorney’s office. Plaintiff was imprisoned at the Vernon C. Bain Center until March 14, 2015. During plaintiff’s transport to the Center, plaintiff was repeatedly punched by correction officer L. Baez. All...
