Description: On July 4, 2012, Plaintiff was seated in a car with their girl friend when they were approached by POs Anderson and Restrepo and arrested. Plaintiff was falsely arrested for possessing a forged instrument (temporary license plate). POs Anderson and Restrepo filed a false complaint for possession of a fake temporary NJ license plate. The POs never produced evidence to support the complaint. Plaintiff was incarcerated for 13 months with the case dismissed on November 13, 2013.
