Complaint
Description: On March 3, 2013, Plaintiff Anita Oreckinto was in her Brooklyn home when police officers, including Jeffrey Lau, Naabil Lafaar, Michael Randazzo, Richard Scheblein, Christopher Sherrett, and Aluthea Caviness, went into her bedroom after she had her wisdom teeth removed, and then choked her, beat her causing her to urinate on herself, tightly handcuffed her, and made false statements to have her brought to the hospital before she was released three days later with no charges. Plaintiff alleges excessive force, false arrest, abuse of process, IIED, NIED, and failure to intervene.
