Description: On August 30, 2013, plaintiff Nikgjonaj was operating a motor vehicle owned by plaintiff Randelovic on Briggs Avenue in the Bronx, NY. Plaintiff was arrested by defendants on a false criminal charge of possession of forged temporary vehicle license plates, subjected to a pat-down search, handcuffed, transported to the 52nd Precinct. There she was subjected to a second pat-down search and imprisoned, and then transported to Bronx Central Booking. On August 31, 2013, plaintiff was arraigned and prosecuted on a false criminal charge of Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Second Degree.
