Description: On January 15, 2013, Plaintiff was driving in the Bronx, New York near Nereid Avenue and Ely Avenue. Plaintiff was stopped without cause by two defendant officers. Defendants ordered Plaintiff out of his car and slammed him against it, then searched the car without Plaintiff's consent.
