Description: On January 16, 2013, plaintiff was falsely arrested from his home and taken to the 52nd precinct, Bronx, NY. Plaintiff informed the officers Henriquez and Does while at his home and at the precinct, he was on several medications which had to be taken daily and if not taken, would put his health at risk, that he had not eaten that morning which combined with not taking medication puts his health at further risk. Henriquez and Does acknowledged plaintiff's situation, but denied all plaintiff"s requests. Plaintiff complained to Henriquez and Does they placed handcuffs on him too tightly and asked that they loosen them. Defendants denied plaintiff's request.
