Description: On June 19, 2018 at approximately 11:00 P.M., Plaintiff Krishaun Rogers was walking down the street when three NYPD officers P.O. James A Lindquist, P.O. Gina Mestre, and Sergeant Oktrova Amadeo began chasing Rogers down the street. One officer yelled stop before I shoot to which Rogers stopped running. He was then assaulted by all three officers and brought to the precinct where he was detained until June 23, 2018.

Description: On July 21, 2015 at approximately 6:45 p.m., in the vicinity of 2524 Creston Avenue in the Bronx, Plaintiff Shawaan Christain was wrongfully arrested in an excessive manner that cause physical pain and mental suffering by Police Officer James Lindquist (Shield #6307), Police Officer Steven Marksberry of the 52nd Precinct, and other unidentified officers. Plaintiff was held for seven months before being released, during which plaintiff was never put in a line-up or identified by any complainant as an individual who violated any laws against the complainant.
