Description: On March 26, 2020, plaintiff was on the street operating his all-terrain vehicle. Several NYPD officers, including Thomas Mullarkey, "John" Rodriguez, "John" Polariski, and Does 1-10, unlawfully approached plaintiff. They did not alert him to their presence or ask him to pull over, but instead crashed into his four-wheeler to stop him. Plaintiff was badly injured and his arm was broken.
