Description: On August 10, 2018, Defendant-Officer Jessica Rivera (Shield No. 29757) called Plaintiff and falsely told her she had a warrant for her arrest, when she only had an investigation card. On August 15, 2018, Plaintiff voluntarily surrendered herself to NYPD's 52nd Precinct, and Defendant Rivera without justification arrested her. Defendant then took Plaintiff into a bathroom, and with the door held open, partially strip-searched Plaintiff and exposed her body parts to people walking by. After being put in a holding cell for around 15 hours, Plaintiff was taken to a courthouse and chained to mail detainees, which injured her foot. About 12 hours after this, she was brought before a judge and all charges were dropp...
