Description: On September 12, 2021, in the Bronx, P.O.s Hanson, Scheblein, Rivera, and unknown officers Doe and Roe stopped, searched, assaulted, and detained Plaintiff Brian Morillo with no legal justification. Mr. Morillo was subject to a strip search while in NYPD custody. He was arraigned and falsely and maliciously prosecuted.
