Complaint
Description: On July 15, 2017, plaintiff was near Marion Avenue and Dorothea Place when three defendant P.O.s, including Tuma, approached him. Defendant P.O.s proceeded to search and detain plaintiff in an aggressive manner. Plaintiff sustained injuries so severe he was required to seek medical aid and attention thereafter. Plaintiff was arraigned after his arrest and charged with several crimes, which were all terminated in his favour.
