Description: Defendant Officers responded to Plaintiff's 911 call that her son had become violent and had locked her out of the house. Defendant officers searched the home, couldn't find him, and left without contacting anyone else. The son returned hours later and Defendant officers returned to the home in response to another call and were made aware that the son was armed and dangerous inside. Without calling for ESU or following protocol, officers entered the home and shot and killed the son.
