Description: On March 27, 2010, at approximately 3:45 a.m., Plaintiff was present at a bar called "One and One" located at First Avenue and 1st Street in Manhattan, New York. Across the street, a fight broke out among a bunch of women in front of a bar called La Linea. The fight spilled over to the side of the street where One and One was located. Plaintiff worked as a bouncer at One and One, but was not working that night. He and the bouncer on duty attempted to break up the fight, but unbeknownst to him, two of the fight participants were plain clothed police officers.
