Description: On December 24, 2013 at approximately 12:10am, plaintiff was tackled by a uniformed NYPD officer, turned over, and punched in the mouth multiple times. Plaintiff believes that this officer was PO Anthony Giordano, Scott Lutz, Bryon Priester, or Williamsei Abdulmumin, who were all present at the scene. All defendant officers except Norberg and Miron were present. Plaintiff suffered a concussion and significant dental trauma (three teeth were knocked out or fractured and his lower teeth were loosened) resulting in a need for stitches and oral surgeries. Plaintiff was taken to Flushing Hospital then arrested for criminal mischief and later granted an ACD.
