Description: On August 17, 2011, Defendants CRACCHIOLA and MASSONI caused Plaintiffs arrest on the street and prosecution. At that time, Plaintiff was in public and not violating any laws. Defendant CACCHIOLA directed two male police officers to arrest Plaintiff. Plaintiff was publicly handcuffed. Plaintiff was thereafter transported to and held at the 72nd Precinct.
