Description: Plaintiff was inside a bodega and unlawfully in possession of another individual's cell phone. The individual and defendant officers arrived at the location and Plaintiff gave the individual the cell phone. Plaintiff was then held back by the officers and assaulted by the individual and the officers. Plaintiff was arrested, taken to the 72nd Precinct, and denied medical attention.
