Description: On December 12, 2016, plaintiff was walking near his house when suddenly several NYPD cars arrived and stated that plaintiff needed to go to the hospital. Without prompt, the officers began using excessive force including ripping plaintiff's shirt, placing him in a submission hold and pressing a knee against plaintiff's lower back. Plaintiff was placed in the building for mental observation and given painkillers for two weeks.

Description: On July 6, 2013, Plaintiff Kevon Attzs was beaten by police officers Brian Montross, Joseph Zella, Daniel Defrancesco, Hector Martinez, George Alexander and an officer with the last name of Hall, with no first name available.
