Description: Plaintiff received call that her son was being arrested and found her son handcuffed inside of NYPD vehicle. Defendant Officers called for backup and more officers arrived. Plaintiff took out phone to film her son's arrest and was told to use her phone a few feet away from the scene. One of the Defendant Officers used a taser on Plaintiff's son and when Plaintiff tried to get closer to her son Defendant Sealy violently shoved Plaintiff back. Defendant Officers then rushed Plaintiff and pulled her arms behind her back causing her right elbow to dislocate and used excessive force when handcuffing her. Plaintiff was taken to 67th precinct and asked for medical aid for her elbow, but was denied by Defendant Officer...
