Description: On 16th May 2013, Plaintiff was pulled over by NYPD officers Sgt. Trevor Baronette, P.O. Terrance Howard and Miguel Soto. Defendant Howard demanded to see his license. Before looking, he ordered Plaintiff out of the car. Defendant Baronette told Plaintiff that he would "lock him up", and then grabbed the phone from his hand and placed him under arrest for now reason. As he was putting Plaintiff in the police car, he uppercut him in the jaw. He was then subject to a strip search. Despite request for medical treatment, this was refused.
