Description: On April 5, 2019, at approximately 8:00 pm., plaintiffs (Mr. Shakespeare, Mr. Anglin, Mr. Pitton, Mr. Minott, and Mr. Taylor) were at 9820 Glenwood Road, Brooklyn, when the defendants (Nelson Ayala, Robert Gallagher, Christopher Scaperotta, and John Doe 1 through 6) – the plaintiffs were transported to the 69th Precinct and imprisoned until April 7, 2019 – when released, an NYPD officer handed each plaintiff a summons and released them. Robert Gallagher swore on each summons that each plaintiff possessed a small quantity of marijuana – plaintiffs did not have any marijuana on them.
