Description: On June 4, 2017, Sergeant Jerry Suhkhnandan and other officers arrived at plaintiff Jason Campbell's apartment without a search warrent. Sergeant Sukhnanadan rang the door bell and a woman, Ms. Diggs, answered and the Sergeant Sukhnanadan told her he was looking for plaintiff. Plaintiff eventually came to the door and opened a few inches when Sergeant Sukhnanadan put his foot in the crack and pushed the door open. Sergeant Sukhnanadan pushed his way into the apartment which knock plaintiff to the floor and he began beating plaintiff with his baton while the additional officers flipped plaintiff over and handcuffed him.
