Description: On January 18, 2012, P.O. Nevandro and other officers were escorting a man out of a Brooklyn building when they asked Plaintiff for his identification, which he provided. Without legal cause, the officers arrested Plaintiff and detained him at the 72nd Precinct in a holding cell overnight until he was released without charges.
