Complaint
Description: On March 17, 2011, Plaintiff was a passenger in a car in Brooklyn, NY, which was stopped without probable cause by defendant officers Tobin and Anchundia. Plaintiff exited the vehicle and was handcuffed while he and the vehicle were searched. No contraband was found on the Plaintiff or in the vehicle. Plaintiff was hit in the face when he asked why he was stopped. Plaintiff was tripped to the ground and dragged by his ankles along the concrete and maced in his eyes and face. Plaintiff was again struck in the face. Plaintiff was later taken to a precinct and charged with numerous false charges. At the precinct, Officers of the Internal Affairs Bureau interviewed Plaintiff about defendant's conduct. The next day,...
