Description: On June 8, 2014, plaintiff was arrested without cause. After learning his 15 year-old nephew was assaulted by an officer, plaintiff approached a parked police car to speak with the officer seated inside. After the police car pulled away, the plaintiff felt a body press against him and saw an officer behind him. Plaintiff heard an officer shout get him, so he placed his wrist behind himself in anticipation of being cuffed. Plaintiff was grabbed by officers and was led to a van and pushed inside.
