Description: On May 7, 2014, Officers Nina McKenzie, Lazo Lluka, and Taisha Skyers-Anderson approached Plaintiff Edward in his vehicle, then told him they would arrest him and that he needed to call someone to get his children or they would call ACS. Plaintiff Edward called Plaintiff Esperanza, then the officers used excessive force on Edward, handcuffed him, and transported him to the precinct. Plainitffs Ezsperanza and Asharafan arrived on the scene, then the officers used excessive force on them, and handcuffed Asahrafan, who suffered injuries that required hospital treatment.
