Description: On August 29, 2019, three plaintiffs were playing the skully game near a playground in Brooklyn when officers approached the plaintiffs without cause and arrested them. The NYPD officers tightly handcuffed the plaintiffs causing pain and numbness in their hands. The plaintiffs asked if the handcuffs could be loosened or removed but the NYPD officers ignore their requests.
