Description: On April 11, 2020, plaintiffs were together in a parked vehicle near the intersection of Bristol Street when defendant POs approached plaintiffs' parked vehicle, ordered plaintiffs to exit their vehicle, searched plaintiffs and their vehicle. Plaintiff Perez was arrested and taken to the 73rd Precinct. Plaintiffs' vehicle was seized by the officers. Plaintiff Wint was not immediately arrested but was arrested when came to the 73rd Precinct to retrieve the vehicle. Plaintiffs were taken to Central Booking and eventually were released without charges.

Description: On September 12, 2013, plaintiff was driving home in Brooklyn. An unmarked police car pulled up behind him after he pulled over to see a friend. Officers got out and demanded his license and registration. After complying, officers demanded he get out of the car. When the plaintiff asked why, the officers reached into the car, opened the door, and pulled the plaintiff out. Without explanation or cause, the plaintiff was searched and handcuffed.
