Description: On April 5, 2020 at 5:11 pm Plaintiffs Shaundell Hennegan (SH), Tysean Hennegan, J'chad Boyce and Curtis Miller were standing in the street. Plaintiff Miller was in the passenger seat of a car, and when POs Brian Ramirez and Justin Vasquez yelled at the Plaintiffs for not social distancing, SH got into the driver's seat.
