Description: On March 27, 2014, at approximately 8:00 P.M., plaintiff was arrested and taken to the police precinct. In a holding cell at the precinct, plaintiff was subjected to a beating over a priod of 8 to 9 minutes by the defendant officers. He was assaulted and battered by defendant officers Waage and Randel, who punched him in the face and mouth, causing injuries, including a loosened front tooth. Defendant officer Ramirez tightened the handcuffs on plaintiff's wrists, causing further pain. Defendant officers Ramirez, Randel, Forste, and Waage continued pushing plaintiff against the wall, and officer Forste touched plaintiff's genitals.
