Description: On April 5, 2020 at 5:11 pm Plaintiffs Shaundell Hennegan (SH), Tysean Hennegan, J'chad Boyce and Curtis Miller were standing in the street. Plaintiff Miller was in the passenger seat of a car, and when POs Brian Ramirez and Justin Vasquez yelled at the Plaintiffs for not social distancing, SH got into the driver's seat. PO Ramirez demanded to see SH's DL, which was provided. PO Vasquez demanded to see Miller's ID; Miller refused since he was not doing anything. Miller began recording the interaction with his cell, and PO Vasquez slapped it out of his hand and began hitting Miller.
