Description: On May 9, 2018, plaintiff and his friends were riding motorcycles on the street. Plaintiff was in the middle of completing a "wheelie" on the street when Sgt. Joan Ferreira deliberately swerved his police vehicle and struck plaintiff, knocking him off his bike. Plaintiff landed on the windshield of the police vehicle before falling to the ground. Then P.O.s Justin Vartanian and Alexandra Isabelle got out of the vehicle. P.O. Isabelle asked if plaintiff was okay, and P.O. Vartanian grabbed plaintiff and pulled him up from the floor. P.O.
