Complaint
Description: On October 23, 2015, plaintiff was at his residence when defendant police officers punched plaintiff in the face, reached onto the plaintiff's property and dragged him onto the sidewalk. Plaintiff was then wrongfully handcuffed, choked and beaten. Defendant officers proceeded to viciously beat and kick plaintiff, striking him in the face, and dragging him through the street causing plaintiff to lose consciousness. At the hospital, plaintiff was handcuffed to the bed for several hours without being charged with a crime. Plaintiff was then wrongfully charged with committing criminal offenses.
