Description: On April 13, 2015, Plaintiff was approached by NYPD officers Llano and Prinston while on the street in Kings County, New York. The officers ordered Plaintiff to produce identification. Plaintiff attempted to retrieve his identification. Officer Llano grabbed Plaintiff by the shoulder and punched him in the face with a closed fist, causing substantial pain and bruising. The defendant officers then grabbed Plaintiff, placed him in handcuffs, and searched his person. No contraband or other illegal substances were found on Plaintiff.
