Description: On January 13, 2018, late at night, plaintiff Shameik Nixon arrived at his grandmother's apartment where defendants Sergeant Robert Martinez, Lieutenant Bobo, Officer Adrian Theobald, Officer Luis Naranjo, Officer Louis Stephenson, Officer Ramil Casimir, and Officer Noel Damico were present. Upon plaintiff's arrival, the defendants showed him a picture of his nephew, Ray Ray, and demanded to know who Ray Ray was. Plaintiff responded that Ray Ray is his nephew and asked defendants if they had a warrant. Defendants refused to show plaintiff a warrant, at which time plaintiff asked the defendants to leave. Description: On December 30, 2017, Plaintiff James Pugh was attacked by Officer Ramil Casimir and another unnamed officer for an unknown reason while on the street. Plaintiff was kicked, kneed, and beaten with a retractable metal bar. The complaint does not specify which officer used the metal bar. Officer John Sikora and other unnamed officers witnessed the attack and failed to intervene. Plaintiff was seriously injured and requested medical attention, but was taken to the 75th Precinct in Brooklyn before an ambulance was called to take him to the hospital.
