Description: Defendant Officers pulled Plaintiff's car over and DO Greenidge grabbed him through the window, punched him, dragged him out of the car, tightly handcuffed him and brought him to the 75th precinct where he was searched. Falsely charged with 120.05(3), AC 16-118(1), 195.05, 205.30, 240.20 (1) and240.25(1), that were later ACD'd
