(On July 10 and 12, 2012, individuals witnessed Kissia Diomande break into a second floor apartment of the building, managed by Ayoola Realty which is owned by plaintiff.) Officers, including Lerte and Hussain, told plaintiff a trespasser has 24 hours to leave the premises, and if Diomande had not left the premises by 6 P.M. on July 20, 2012, to call the police. On July 20, 2012, plaintiff called the police because Diomande had not vacated the apartment.
