Description: On June 2nd, 2019, Plaintiff and his wife were assaulted and arrested by NYPD officers and had their property stolen. Officers Robert Humann, Michael Farewell, and VIncent Candela all brutally beat Plaintiff using their handcuffs to slash at his hands and wrists. Plaintiff suffered severe injuries on his hands. Plaintiff was then taken by EMTs to Bellevue hospital where plaintiff was denied and limited care.
