Description: On June 17, 2018, Plaintiff Mr. Walsh was almost struck by a bicyclist who sped through a red light. Mr. Walsh informed the biker that Mr. Walsh, a pedestrian had the right of way. The biker then brandished a metal chain threateningly. Mr. walsh called the police and informed them he was an off duty court officer who needed help. Mr. Walsh was told by the officers sample and liebowitz that he should shake hands and move on. Mr. Walsh said as part of his employment he must file a formal report if he dials 911.
