Complaint
Description: On February 5, 2019, the trespasser who the Plaintiffs knew entered into their residence. The Plaintiffs and the Trespasser called 911 on each other. On February 7, 2019, the trespasser went to the precinct to falsely report an unlawful eviction by the Plaintiffs and that the Plaintiffs had a gun and were selling marijuana. Without investigating, NYPD officers went to the Plaintiffs' home and demanded entry. One of the Plaintiffs told them to bring a search warrant and over the course of 15 minutes, told them multiple times they did not have consent to enter.
