Description: On January 13, 2018, late at night, plaintiff Shameik Nixon arrived at his grandmother's apartment where defendants Sergeant Robert Martinez, Lieutenant Bobo, Officer Adrian Theobald, Officer Luis Naranjo, Officer Louis Stephenson, Officer Ramil Casimir, and Officer Noel Damico were present. Upon plaintiff's arrival, the defendants showed him a picture of his nephew, Ray Ray, and demanded to know who Ray Ray was. Description: On August 20, 2011 at 12:40AM, Plaintiffs were lawfully inside of their place of business when an argument erupted with someone who entered the business (who is listed as a defendant in the case). As a result of this argument, the police (Police Officers Michael Demonda, Louis Stephenson, Nicole Perl and Sgt. Nathan Mole and unknown officers) arrived at the business, and without investigation or hesitation, started to attack, assault and arrest the plaintiffs.
