Description: On February 27, 2015 The plaintiff was leaving his apartment when defendant Elroy Clarke attacked him and pulled out a knife threatening the plaintiff to open his apartment door. The plaintiff refused and Clarke stabbed him in the hand, robbed him of $167 and left. The plaintiff called the police, but the officer refused to write a report and instead stated racial remarks against the plaintiff. The plaintiff went to the hospital. On March 1, 2015, the plaintiff was walking home from the hospital when defendant officers approached with guns drawn and assaulted the plaintiff.
