Description: On September 15th, 2019, plaintiff Samuel Saquis was driving home in the vicinity of Atlantic Avenue and Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn when he was stopped, handcuffed, and arrested by officers Stephanie Perez, Tiffany Martinez, and Officers John Doe. Though the plaintiff was not engaged in any unlawful activity, he was arrested and transported to the 77th precinct, where he was subjected to a strip search and held for several hours before being moved to Kings County Central Booking.
