Description: On January 15, 2014 at 11 PM, Police Officers Pagiel Clark, Paul Montefusco, Gerard Bouwmans, Phillip Romano, Warren Rodney, Seargant Anthony Bertram, and additional John/Jane Does attempted to enter Plaintiff's apartment without a warrant. They handcuffed him without warning and with excessive force and held him face down in his apartment. They moved Plaintiff to the precinct, where he was denied medical treatment for 8 hours. He was transported to the hospital and then kept in the precinct for 8 more hours, then spent another 10 hours in Central Booking. Plaintiff was charged with obstructing governmental administration in 2nd degree and resisting arrest, later dismissed.
