Description: On October 1, 2011, the NYPD unlawfully entered into the residence of plaintiff Manuel Hernandez without consent, a warrant, probable cause, or reasonable suspicion that plaintiff had committed a crime. After entering the premises by breaking down the door, one NYPD officer came straight at plaintiff and punched him in the face and threw him to the floor.
