Description: On August 2, 2013, Plaintiff was working as a FedEx driver, and dispatched to the Barclays Center, Brooklyn, NY, to pick up packages. Plaintiff was wearing a uniform and name badge with picture and operating a FedEx truck. Upon driving to the loading dock located behind the Center, plaintiff saw an officer and asked if he could briefly park in front of the dock to pick up packages. The Officer responded plaintiff would need to ask the Barclays Center security guard. Plaintiff asked the guard if he could park by the dock to pick up packages.
