Description: On August 3, 2012, plaintiff was driving in Brooklyn when Defendant Officers Michael Fasciano, Edwin Espinal and John and Jane Doe 1-10 stopped him and illegally searched his car despite the lack of any reasonable suspicion or probable cause. Defendant Officers subsequently falsely arrested the plaintiff without probable cause and took him to the precinct, where he was strip searched.
